About Dingxin Metal Alloy Since 1995, we have developed into a medium-sized Hong Kong-funded enterprise integrating zinc alloy smelting, zinc die-casting, finish machining and plating. Located in Ningbo, we are well connected to local transport infrastructure, including airports and Beilun port, a major shipping hub. At our two-hectare facility we employ over 300 people, and generate annual sales of up to $60 million.
Our quality assurance
In 2009, our factory was ISO 9001:2008-certified by SGS. The smoke-venting and dust-extraction equipment of our zinc smelting furnace complies with GB66297-1996 and GB90787-1996 standards. Our investment in advanced zinc-smelting equipment and state-of-the-art technology has helped to ensure both the quality of our zinc alloy and our compliance with environmental regulations. Operational procedures are simplified by automated number-punching equipment that marks each batch of alloy with its date of production, heat number and Zamac number. We now produce up to 5,000 tons of zinc alloy each month.
Experienced professionals test our products
We have established a testing center staffed by experienced QC specialists and equipped with advanced testing facilities. It has a wide variety of equipment to test tensile strength, impact strength, bending resistance, hardness and alloy composition, as well as to to analyze coating thickness and the corrosion-resistance of surface treatments. We are able to provide independent test reports. Our testing machinery includes an ARL direct-reading spectrometer, an atomic-absorption spectrophotometer, a metallography microscope, an electronic Brinell hardness tester, a quadratic element projector, a salt spray chamber, a coordinate measuring machine and more.
